I particularly like the gradients of color in the field behind.
i see thousands of objects, flowers, leaves, etc.
sheer effort binds them into a solid composition.
not a problem.
a kind of victory.
to change or for relief, paint backwards, use a larger brush and lay out color areas, cover the whole surface first: enter composition first, and if objects form all the better, this is not required, merely optional.

Thanks JerryW. I do tend to use way too small a brush especially in the begining. I will put your advice to work.
Thanks again.

Wow, thank you Lorijo. Actually I didn't know I even had a style of painting of any sort. I'm just fumbling along trying to learn as much as I can and have as much fun as I can.
Thank you.
