Hi everyone!
Here is a piece I finished a few weeks ago. I really enjoyed playing around with the colors on this one. This is my first zebra painting (and definitely not the last!), and I'm happy with how it turned out. All C&C welcome.
Watercolor, 12X16 on Strathmore Cold Press.

Very nicely done Paige!
Do you like using WC? I've tried a couple of WC's but just couldn't seem to get the results I was after.
You are so multi-media talented young lady! Bravo!

Thanks for the thoughtful comment Barb! Watercolors have always been one of my favorite mediums, and I really love using them. They were one of the first mediums I tried, and I've been using them for about seven years. I did take a break from them about three years ago, as oils and pastels took over. I've recently started using them again a few months ago, and have again discovered my love for the medium. Watercolor, for all of those who have used it, knows it can be quite an unpredictable medium! I think the best way to learn the media is to keep practicing as it helps you to control the paint better. I am also constantly learning new techniques as I go along. Thank you so much Kathrin, glad you like it!
