Here is my latest foray into acrylics. This is done on 9 x 12 Museum Board using a wonderful reference from KreativK.
I couldn't get the uploader to work a second time so I'm attaching the image. It was especially fun to paint these bright colors with the dull overcast winter sky outside my window.
I would appreciate any comments or suggestions as I'm relatively new to acrylic. Thanks!!

I want one of these in my living room....but huge! Too bad I'm poor :(
It's so bright...it almost gives me the feeling that the kids are still home.
The colours are warm against the blue sky and the simplicity gives one a sense of calm and peace. Do you think you could work on a larger surface? I suggest 3 feet by 4 feet minimum....thanks for sharing!!!!

Thank you Susan, Yvie and Chammi for your kind comments. I really appreciate them!!
Yvie, 3' x 4'? That's twice a big as anything I've ever painted, but painting this or something like it larger is a terrific idea. As I get more confident with acrylic, I'll keep that in mind.

It's very good, I love the colours. Can just see a little bee coming to sit on the flower! Well done.
