Got out today and did this thing plein air .. it felt so good to be outside .. can't belive I saw a few mosquitos .. dang .. those things aren't supposed to be out in this.

I can certainly tell this was painted on the spot.. those shadows are to die for!! ;-) big high five. nice work....It feels like some things felt different after painting this...tremendous

Yeah, you're gonna have to get out more, the colors all ring true!!!
I don't like the signature on the tree, but that's such an individual thing.....

Mark .. had to sign it somewhere .. didn't want to go topside ..
Filled it in and made it smaller as I only had my brushhandle out in the woods.
Cath~ .. believe it or not I saw mosquitos out in this .. this is spring. :D .. only cold if you were on bended knee as the floor was white LOL
jerry .. agree.. could make a painting on it's own .. just an abstract of color.

That little tree steals the show along with the shadows. Would have liked the signature in the snow.

love this :D we need snow like this in england, all we got was some horrid sleet the other day in april! :confused: what happened to snow in the right season?
