Hello, I'm not sure if my work suits here, because I'm not a photorealistic painter, as I haven't so much patience like most of you in this forum! I made it today, inspired by beautiful photo from RIL (thank you and sorry that I can't remember whose picture it was :o...). Size 46x33cm, painted alla prima, about 2,5h.

ooooh you belong here for sure. We have many many styles in here and yours fits right in. Great colors you used in this and the eyes are really nice.

Dominika your painting is beautiful. I love the expression you captured and your relaxed, loose style of painting. Thanks for sharing your work here.

birdlady, Winky'sMom, Lexycat, Barb'sArt, thank you all for your comments!
Lexycat, I was surprised about the time, too. But there is less paint than it seems on the cat and it's because of burnt sienna underpainting. Loose style gives me lot of fun.

No one's going to kick you out for not having a photo realistic style ;) Lovely painting; the eyes especially are done well.
