Areas to work on: I have two comments. Be careful not to crop a human figure at the joints. In other words either cut off below or higher than the knee, elbow, waist, ankle, wrist etc. The other comment is try to avoid dividing your picture plane in half by placing an element whose boundary begins in the center. Look at your male figure; the right side of his body practically runs through the middle. I cropped the picture to cut of just above the knee and now the male figure is more towards the right of the picture thus allowing for a better balance.
