| Go to the Layers window. Turn the first layer off and turn your second layer on so only your second image is showing.
| Get it? Now do that for every image you're planning to show. One frame per image/layer. Try to do it in the order (or the order in which you want them to show if you are using your own images), as you'd be less likely to mess up the sequence. Since each frame is relative to the one before it, backtracking and modifying a frame could modify the settings in all the frames after it. When you're done, you should have something like this:
| Time to set up time! You might've already wondered about the "0 sec." at the bottom of each frame. That shows how long each frame is to be displayed before moving onto the next frame. Each frame can have different durations, of course. To simplify things a bit, we'll just set all the frames to display for the same amount of time. Click on the first frame. Then scroll to the last frame and, holding down on the Shift key, click on it. All the frames should now be selected. Click on "0 sec." on any of the selected frames. A menu like the one below should appear. We'll set all the frames to show for say, 0.1 seconds. Click on the first frame to select it only, since we'd want the animation to start from the beginning.
| Now we're ready to test out our animated avatar. Press the play button to run the animation. Look how good our performer is at spinning the baton with one hand! ;)
| All that's left now is to save the file (File > Save Optimised As...) and enjoy!
