Edit Folder:

This function allows you to create Custom Folders (see image below left) to hold messages if you wish. The program takes you through the process step by step. In order to add messages to your Custom Folder, the message must be in your Inbox to begin with. If you want to save a Sent message, open the Sent Folder, open the message you want to save, and Forward it to yourself. This moves the message to your Inbox, and you can Save it to your Custom Folder.

To Save messages to a Custom Folder, checkmark the box to the right of the message, scroll down, open the Selected Messages pull-down menu, and click on 'Move to Folder,' then 'Go' -- see image below right. If you have not yet created your Custom Folder when you click this box, a window will open that takes you through the rest of the process step by step.
Maintaining your PM Pages

The PM system allows you to have a total of 500 messages combined in your Inbox, Sent box, and any Custom Folders. Still, periodically, you’ll want to go in and clear out any old messages you no longer need to keep things from becoming chaotic. To do this, bring up your Inbox, click in the little boxes on the right side of the display to put a checkmark in them (see image below left), then scroll to the bottom of the page, click the pull-down menu and select “Delete.” Then click “Go” to actually delete the checked messages (see image below right). Note that messages are segregated by how old they are (e.g. Today, Last Week, etc.). If you want to delete all messages from a certain time period, just click the box in the heading and it will put checks in all the boxes next to the messages from that time period.
