Make sure the paper is completely dry and rub off all the masking fluid.

Mix a yellow/green using lemon yellow and a touch of ultramarine blue. Take some of the mix and add more blue for a richer darker green.

Paint all of the front foliage, before the paint dries add some darker green to the lower parts and the left shadow side. Allow to dry and then paint the front blade with the darker green.
Paint in the flowers using cobalt blue for some and rose madder for the others.

Allow to dry

Then add the darker shadow side using ultramarine blue on the cobalt blue flowers and alizarin crimson on the rose madder flowers.
Using the light yellow/green mix paint all of the remaining foliage.

Use raw sienna to paint the dried sticks at the back.
