Phyllis Russell Franklin, aka llis lives in Thomaston, Georgia where she is the owner and resident artist of Southern Fine Art Gallery and Callaway Garden White Oak Studio in Pine Mountain, Georgia. Having no formal training in painting has not kept her from learning and growing from many other sources. She gives much credit to workshops, art books, and to other artists that have helped her along the way. She also enjoys the interaction with her fellow artists on line. She states :quote: It has been a pleasure to share, learn, network and grow with artists all over the world via the internet. I only hope that I can repay the gift in some small way by encouraging others to enjoy the art journey on line as well as off. |
