"Paint a Dandelion Clock Seed Head"

Author: Ruth_S_Harris, Contributing Editor

Here are the other 2 dandelions I painted using the same techniques.
Charlene McGill (Charm) painted this beautiful floral using the masking technique above, her imagination, and a photograph from the Reference Image Library which was provided by Al22.
Doug Elliott (Yorky) used a ruling pen to apply masking fluid to the dandelion seed head in this painting of Kayleigh, Lisilk’s granddaughter.

B i o g r a p h y
I live in the beautiful English Cathedral City of Hereford with my husband and 3 children, and devote most of my spare time to my art.
After years of searching for a hobby I enjoyed and would never tire of, I first started painting in watercolours in December 1999. 4 years later I can't imagine life without painting, and to anyone who tells me that they can't draw or paint, I say if I can do it, you can too!
