The festival began as a music festival in 1983 and has grown to include a number of festivals within the fest, and for our own particular interests here - "Artrageous" which has been around I believe eight years now. Artists and guest speakers come in from the international arts community to share their work, their sense of mission or purpose, and unique experiences.
