Then we saw Monet's house! The house and garden that Monet first saw from the window of a train in 1883 and immediately decided to rent. Later he would purchase the house and garden and make it his permanent home until his death in December of 1926.
The next days were spent painting in the city of Giverny and inside Monet's flower and water gardens.
