Make two long worm shapes on the top of the shoe. They must be the shoestrings.

Draw four lighter smile curves inside the rectangles.

Trace the sides of the triangles connecting the smiles.

Erase parts of the four smile curves splitting them into thirds and connect the pieces with curved lines.

Like that.
